This we know.
The Earth and the cosmos do not belong to us.
We belong to the Earth and the Earth to the cosmos.
This we know.
All things are connected.
Like the DNA which unites one family,
All things are connected.
Whatever befalls the Earth and the cosmos befalls the daughters and the sons of the Earth and the cosmos.
We did not weave the web of life.
We are merely a strand on it.
Whatever we do to the web,
We do to ourselves.
This we know.
We are all connected beings.
Each of the atoms,
Molecules and cells in our body are connected by a life field to all other atoms,
Molecules and cells that make what we call us.
Every part of our being is also connected by entanglement to every single atom in the whole cosmos.
And it is said that we are connected to every single soul on this planet by six degrees of separation.
This is not quite true.
The degree of separation we have from everyone else is only one or two at most.
This is because we are all connected to each other by soul waves.
This is the so-called missing energy in the universe that bonds stars to stars,
Planets to stars,
Moons to planets and us to both Mother Earth and to each other.
When you increase the strength and intensity of your soul waves,
All the people you need to be connected to in your life turn up as if by magic just at the right time.
This connecting bond is pervasive and operates across time and space.
And the centre in our body that generates the strongest soul waves is our heart.
And all we need to do to increase the intensity of our soul waves is breathe into the heart.
And on the out-breath,
Imagine the out-breath is permeating outwards to the front and to the back in a spiral.
This is the activation of your heart rate.
So as you breathe in,
Imagine that your breath starts in your root chakra and passes up your spinal column to your heart.
And on the out-breath,
It radiates out in a spiral both front and back,
Out into the universe.
This is you sending out soul waves to the people with whom you are about to forge new connections and stronger bonds.
And just repeat that in and out-breath sequence seven times.
Music Music Music Well done.
And once activated,
The heart remains beaming out all day and all night,
365 days a year.
Now we are something more than a really connected being.
We are beings who possess a rare quality,
Examples of which can be seen in many species like primates,
Bears,
Magpies,
Sea otters and hermit crabs.
Orangutans use sticks to capture tasty insects and to measure the depth of water.
Sea otters keep a stone in a skin pouch to break open crustaceans.
And dolphins use sea sponges to catch fish.
Like these species,
We can make a connection between two or more disparate objects to get a new outcome.
For example,
To use flour,
Yeast and water to make a dough that can make bread.
And several connections were made before even this could be done,
Such as harvesting grain to make the flour,
Purification of the water and the cultivation of a yeast.
So just news for a while on all the myriad of things you do each and every day,
Where you forge connections without giving a second thought to them.
Music Music Music Music Music Music So it's simply amazing,
Virtually every minute of each day we're making connections between things that were not previously connected.
And we can make connections between people and other people.
For example,
We might meet someone who is thinking of buying something,
And we know of a shop or online outlet that has exactly what they want.
We can connect them.
Astronomers can tell by the spectrum of light coming from a star what probable age it is.
It might be a middle-aged yellow star like our Sun,
Or a star coming to the end of its life,
Like the red giant Betelgeuse,
And they can connect these stars into classifications.
We make some connections in our head only.
We might see someone in the street and think that they look like someone else that we know.
From what they are wearing and how they carry themselves,
We will connect them with other types of people,
Perhaps someone with a football scarf or t-shirt,
Or someone who could do with our assistance.
We make connections continually and often unconsciously over the course of our waking days.
We even make connections in our dreams.
Some of them might be triggered by something that happened the previous day.
Some of them might contain messages to help us and inform us about the day to come.
So muse for a while on the things you've done in your life,
Where you have connected what is previously disconnected.
Some of these might have even been for the first time in the history of the cosmos.
Music The connections we have been reflected on so far have been mainly forged in the cognitive centers in our brain,
In the outer cortex and the hippocampus.
But the strongest connections and bonds that we can make are forged in the energy vortex which is contained in our heart.
With this energy field,
We can make connections that are somewhat magical.
We can increase our attractiveness.
This can help us find our perfect soulmate or serendipitous happenstances that come into our world.
So let's go back to the heart rate sequence again.
On the in-breath breathing up from your root to your heart,
And on the out-breath just beam out a spiral forwards this time.
Then imagine this spiral goes out about a meter or so in front of you,
And then it splits in two and it comes back either side of your body,
Round to your back and back in to your heart.
So beam out again on the out-breath,
And on the next in-breath it comes back in to your heart from the rear of your spine.
So now just imagine on the out-breath,
The heart rate goes out,
Splits in two,
Comes round to your back and on the in-breath it comes back in again.
Just try that for five in- and out-breaths.
So as you go about your days remember this,
All things are connected.
Your heart is a much more powerful connector than your head,
And your heart rate is the connecting force.
Like the soulways which unite the universe,
All things are connected.
This we know.
