Thank you for this insightful journey through why I have clutter and how to let go of my clutter.

I really enjoyed the course, and learned a lot about clutter without feeling shamed for having clutter. Thank you!

Thank you, Dana. These 3 clutter courses have been very helpful. I'm in the midst of a long drawn out move across distance into an old farmhouse that's still being restored. I laughed when you talked about the junk drawer having triplets because that's the dining room table at the farm right now! I will listen to these again when I finally get to unpack and create systems. Just understanding the psychology behind the clutter has helped me gain confidence that I can handle this. Much appreciated.

This has been fabulous and I am truly grateful. I have stared thinking differently and how and why I have done things in the past and how I want to change for the future. I have made notes and will definitely be listening again and also listening to your other tracks and courses. Dana you have helped me already. Thank you.

I always thought I was just too tired or lazy to keep my spaces orderly. Clean and carefully rearrange to satisfaction, watch it fall apart. Repeat. Wow, recognizing the pattern that occurs before the clutter events and realizing that rather than a personality flaw , the clutter is my brain's way of protecting me when I'm overly stressed and exhausted completely changed my attitude. I'm now able to approach my bouts of cluttering with compassion instead of a sense of inadequacy and despair. Amazing insight, thank you!

Practical and digestible content. Clarity to notice behavior patterns. A simple plan to build sustainable momentum even when unmotivated to exit the safety cocoon. (Remember the clutter bug in the Labyrinth movie? The people living in a hoard of junk and walking around with tons of junk on their backs?) Keep it? Relocate it? Release it? 10 min a day. 🦜 Thanks [KEY: 5=Insightful, immersive, engaging experience and quality audio (or can overlook noise) 4=Interesting, may have noise, 3=Okay, but somewhat superficial 2=Not For Me, 1=Irritating]
