This was different but enjoyed the gentle physical exercise movements before sitting still for the meditation. Good way to start the day with movement and gratitude.

Sadie’s 10 day course on mindful tips helped me feel more grounded and connected to my sobriety and my higher power. Her open, friendly and relatable talks and exercises made me look forward to each day of the course. My only wish is that the course was longer!

Exactly what the big book had in mind! Perfect for my 11th step. This will slightly wake you up and bring you into calm alertness.

Love your meditations Sadie! I am in recovery as well and just passed a year sober. I found your meditations and really incorporated them into each step as I worked them and it helped so much. Helped me think through them, help me be more comfortable sitting in them. Thank you!

When you got to seeing yourself as an animal in a trap, I was able to see myself in the trap and also another significant person also in the trap. Two wounded beings being snarky and mean. Oh wow. TY
